Do you like reading and writing poetry, or both?
All abilities are welcome, if you would like to come along for your first free session you will be made very welcome.

A 30 minute walk in Frodsham's Castle Park, with tea and chat in the cafe afterwards. There is also a 60 minute walk in Frodsham's Castle Park and on paths by the park, with tea and chat in the cafe afterwards.

Join the singing group where you can meet new people in a friendly, fun and social environment. Singing can improve your brain activity, wellbeing and mood. You don’t need to be a good singer to benefit. Join them for fun vocal warm-ups and sing a wide variety of familiar and new songs in a supported environment. The group is hosted by their skilled, compassionate and experienced group leaders.
