25 October 2025: After serving 46 years with the Library Service, Jenny Evans, Senior Customer Service Rep retired on 4th October. She is a well known and very popular member of the community, welcoming and assisting locals with her knowledge and warm and cheery approach.

25 October 2025: Frodsham's market status dates back to 1279 when King Edward I granted rights to a weekly market and two annual Fairs. The market eventually lapsed, but was re-established in 1661.

25 October 2025: On the 23rd August this new and FREE event was held in Castle Park thanks to Frodsham Town Council Events Committee and volunteers. The weather held and attendance was excellent with many families relaxing with picnics all over the park. Children enjoyed bouncy castles, a helter skelter and face paints and thanks go to Tin Can Alley for providing traditional fair games which were very busy all afternoon. Thanks also go to Frodsham Guides for their support.
