Fortnightly meetings at the Community Centre

Join the singing group where you can meet new people in a friendly, fun and social environment. Singing can improve your brain activity, wellbeing and mood. You don’t need to be a good singer to benefit. Join them for fun vocal warm-ups and sing a wide variety of familiar and new songs in a supported environment. The group is hosted by their skilled, compassionate and experienced group leaders.

One Voice Community Choir Rehersal

Each week is mindfully themed around yoga philosophy with stress management techniques. The class is a slow flow which is suitable for complete beginners to seasoned yogis. We’ll flow through mindful movements intertwined with breath work, to welcome a sense of ease into your week.
