Frodsham, Helsby and Kingsley pubs and restaurants prepare for May 17 reopening

13 May 2021: While many of Frodsham’s pubs, restaurants and cafés have been offering takeaway services throughout lockdown, and some have been able to use their outdoor spaces since April 12, Monday 17 May will be the first time that all hospitality businesses are allowed to reopen fully.
