19 August 2026: The Find it in Frodsham initiative encouraged local businesses to decorate shop windows, create pink themed products and host fundraising events throughout June.
The month featured a packed programme, from Dandelion’s family –friendly Jellycat trail to Devonshire Bakery’s pink iced buns. One of many notable events was Dory’s Café’s charity dog walk.

8 May 2026: Frodsham Town Council’s Medieval May Day event on Saturday 2nd May was held in excellent spirits, bringing together families, residents, and visitors for a vibrant afternoon of community celebration.
24 April 2026: It started with a 23p find 8 years ago and then after much research, metal detectorist Day Moss found 37 Roman coins in North Wales which eventually led to a thrilling find of a hoard of silver coins. Then last summer in the same area, his detector indicated something and after some digging, with a pounding heart, he called over his fellow detectorist Ian Nicholson.
